FOOD FOR GREAT HEALTH

Everything is prayer but somethings sometimes require common sense or wisdom. Just as you always pray & fast, you must also take good care of your body/health by eating the right food to avoid diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol & stroke. There are certain food we can’t eat that are dangerous to our health. We must exercise constantly too (1 Cor 6:19, 1 Tim 4:8, 1 Cor 9:24-27).   Brothers & Sisters take good care of your body/health to avoid unnecessary prayer, fasting and deliverances. Pls note that this corner is just the health advisory column of the JPT Ministries Men & Women Fellowship. This health advisory column will always be provided by our church licensed nurses & doctors. Incase you have any health concerns talk to your own private health practitioners/doctors.
